Systeme.io Pricing (2026): Free vs Startup vs Webinar vs Unlimited, in EUR, GBP and USD

Systeme.io pricing is one of the main reasons solopreneurs pick this platform. You get funnels, email marketing, online courses, a blog and your own affiliate program in one tool, and the entry price is literally zero. However, the four plans differ in ways that matter once you grow, so it pays to understand them before you upgrade.

Below is a quick summary of every plan. After that, I explain what the free plan really includes, what each paid plan adds, how transaction fees work, what European and UK buyers should know about currency, GDPR and VAT, and exactly when an upgrade makes sense.

*Systeme.io lists its prices in US dollars only. The euro and pound figures are my rough conversions at the European Central Bank reference rate of 20 October 2026, rounded to the nearest whole number. Your bank or card will use its own rate and may add a fee.

Start on the free plan first

The free plan never expires and needs no credit card, so you can test funnels, email and courses before you pay anything.

✔ Key takeaways

  • Systeme.io has four plans: Free ($0), Startup ($17/month), Webinar ($47/month) and Unlimited ($97/month).
  • The free plan never expires: 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course, 1 blog, 1 custom domain and unlimited email sends.
  • Systeme.io charges 0% transaction fees on every plan, but Stripe or PayPal still take their normal processing fees.
  • Annual billing gives you two months free. Prices are shown in USD only, so EU and UK buyers pay a converted amount.
  • Upgrade when you hit a real limit, usually contacts or automation rules, not just because a bigger plan exists.

Systeme.io pricing at a glance (USD, EUR, GBP)

Systeme.io pricing is based mainly on the number of contacts in your account. As your email list grows, you move up a plan. Funnels, courses, automation rules and custom domains also grow with each tier, but for most people contacts are the limit they hit first.

Every plan includes the same core toolset. That means you do not unlock email marketing or the checkout only on expensive tiers. Instead, you get more room on each plan. This is quite different from many funnel builders, where key features are locked behind higher prices.

📌 Why the prices are in dollars

When I checked the official pricing page, including its French and German versions, every price was shown in US dollars only. So, if you pay in euros or pounds, the final amount on your statement depends on the exchange rate on the day you are billed.

What the Systeme.io free plan really includes

The Systeme.io free plan is not a short trial. According to the official pricing page, it has no end date and needs no credit card. That alone makes it one of the most generous free plans among all-in-one marketing tools.

Open gift box surrounded by email, funnel, online course book and website icons, showing what the Systeme.io free plan includes

Here is what the free plan includes, based on the official page:

  • 2,000 contacts and unlimited email sends to them
  • 3 sales funnels (opt-in pages, sales pages, checkout and thank-you pages)
  • 1 online course with up to 500 students
  • 1 blog and 1 custom domain
  • 1 affiliate program, so other people can promote your products
  • 1 automation rule and 1 email campaign
  • Unlimited sub-accounts, each with the same limits as your plan

In practice, that is enough to launch a lead magnet, build a first email list and sell a small digital product. For example, a UK freelance designer could offer a free brand checklist, collect emails and then sell a $29 template pack, all without paying for software.

⚠️ The free plan has a sales cap

The structured data on the official pricing page says the free plan processes up to $10,000 in total sales. Once you sell more than that, plan to upgrade. Also, a single automation rule is tight if you want proper email sequences.

If you want a full feature tour first, read my detailed Systeme.io review. It covers the funnel builder, email tools and course area in depth.

All three paid plans keep the same toolset as the free plan. Therefore, the real question is how much room you need. Here is how each paid plan fits.

Startup: $17 per month

The Startup plan raises your limits to 5,000 contacts, 10 sales funnels, 10 automation rules, 5 courses and 3 custom domains. For most solopreneurs, this is the sweet spot. You can run several lead magnets, a proper welcome sequence and a small product range.

Webinar: $47 per month

The Webinar plan adds evergreen webinars. It also gives you 10,000 contacts, 50 funnels, 100 automation rules, 20 courses and 10 custom domains. Coaches and course creators who sell through automated webinars get the most value here.

Unlimited: $97 per month

The Unlimited plan removes the caps on contacts, funnels, automation rules, courses and custom domains. It also includes early access to new features. It makes sense when your list passes 10,000 contacts or when you run many brands from one account.

UnlimitedEstablished creators and multi-brand ownersNo caps on contacts, funnels or courses

Transaction fees: what Systeme.io charges on sales

This is where Systeme.io pricing really stands out. The official page states no transaction fees on every plan, including the free one. In other words, Systeme.io does not take a percentage of your sales.

However, your payment processor still charges its normal fees. Systeme.io connects to Stripe and PayPal, and the pricing page also lists Apple Pay, Razorpay, Flutterwave, Mercado Pago and Xendit. Stripe and PayPal fees vary by country and card type, so check their own pricing pages for the US, the UK or your EU country.

💡 Compare the real cost per sale

When you compare funnel builders, add the platform’s transaction fee to the processor fee. A tool that looks cheaper per month can cost more once a few percent of every sale disappears.

Monthly vs annual billing

Systeme.io offers monthly and annual billing. On the pricing page, annual billing is marked as two months free. So, you pay for ten months and get twelve.

Based on that, the annual cost works out to about $170 for Startup, $470 for Webinar and $970 for Unlimited. Always check the exact figure at checkout, because offers can change.

PlanMonthly billing (12 months)Annual billing (2 months free)Approx. annual in EUR / GBP*
Startup$204about $170≈ €152 / £127
Webinar$564about $470≈ €419 / £352
Unlimited$1,164about $970≈ €865 / £727

My advice is simple. Pay monthly until you are sure the platform fits, then switch to annual billing to save the two months.

GDPR, EU hosting and VAT

For European businesses, Systeme.io has a clear advantage over many US-based funnel builders. Its privacy policy says the platform is operated by an Irish company and that data is hosted on Amazon Web Services servers in Ireland, inside the EU.

Still, EU hosting does not make you GDPR compliant on its own. You still need a clear privacy policy, a lawful basis for marketing emails (usually consent with double opt-in), a cookie banner if you use tracking, and a way to handle deletion requests.

📌 VAT for EU and UK buyers

The pricing page does not show a VAT breakdown, and I could not confirm from public pages how VAT is applied to the subscription itself. If you are VAT-registered, add your VAT number in your billing details and check your invoice. When you sell digital products to EU consumers, EU VAT rules usually apply based on the buyer’s country (often through the OSS scheme), and the UK has its own rules. Ask an accountant if you are unsure.

Who should upgrade, and when

Upgrading too early wastes money, while upgrading too late can stall your growth. Use these steps to decide when to move up a plan.

Person climbing purple steps toward a glowing door along a rising arrow, showing when to upgrade from the free plan to a paid Systeme.io plan

1

Stay free while you validate

Use the free plan until you have a working lead magnet, a few hundred subscribers and at least one paying customer.

2

Move to Startup when you need sequences

Upgrade when one automation rule stops being enough, or when your list gets close to 2,000 contacts. Startup gives you 10 rules and room for 5,000 contacts.

3

Choose Webinar if you sell with webinars

If an automated webinar is your main sales tool, the Webinar plan pays for itself quickly. Otherwise, you may not need it until you pass 5,000 contacts.

4

Go Unlimited past 10,000 contacts

Once your list passes 10,000 contacts, or you run several brands, Unlimited removes every cap.

5

Switch to annual billing

After two or three months on a paid plan, switch to annual billing to get the two free months.

Before you upgrade, track a few simple numbers such as list growth and revenue per subscriber. My guide to small business KPIs explains which metrics are worth watching.

Is Systeme.io cheaper than a tool stack?

Systeme.io’s own pricing FAQ compares it with a typical stack of separate tools. Its example uses ClickFunnels for funnels, Mailchimp for email, Teachable for courses and Tapfiliate for affiliates, which it says adds up to about $245 per month. By contrast, Systeme.io covers those jobs on the free plan or from $17 per month.

Treat that as the vendor’s own comparison, not an independent test, because competitor plans change often. Even so, the basic point holds. One tool with no transaction fees usually costs far less than four separate subscriptions, and you also avoid the time spent connecting them.

When another tool is the better buy

Systeme.io is great value, but it is not the right fit for everyone. If you need more advanced page design, ClickFunnels has more polish, although it costs much more. If you run a marketing agency and need a full CRM, pipelines and client sub-accounts, compare Systeme.io vs GoHighLevel first.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. The official pricing page says the free plan has no end date and needs no credit card. It includes 2,000 contacts, 3 sales funnels, 1 course, 1 blog, 1 custom domain and unlimited email sends.

How much does Systeme.io cost per month?

The paid plans cost $17 per month (Startup), $47 per month (Webinar) and $97 per month (Unlimited). Annual billing gives you two months free.

Does Systeme.io charge transaction fees?

No. Systeme.io states 0% transaction fees on all plans. Your payment processor, such as Stripe or PayPal, still charges its own processing fees.

Can I pay for Systeme.io in euros or pounds?

When I checked, prices were shown in US dollars only. If you pay in EUR or GBP, your bank or card provider converts the charge and may add a fee.

Is Systeme.io GDPR friendly?

Its privacy policy says it is operated by an Irish company and hosts data on AWS servers in Ireland, inside the EU. You still need your own privacy policy, consent process and cookie banner to comply with GDPR.

Can I downgrade or cancel my Systeme.io plan?

Yes. You can cancel at any time. Your paid plan runs until the next billing date, and then your account returns to the free plan.

Final verdict on Systeme.io pricing

Overall, Systeme.io pricing is simple and fair. The free plan is strong enough to launch a real business, there are no transaction fees, and the paid plans stay affordable as you grow. The main drawbacks are USD-only billing for EU and UK buyers and the tight automation limit on the free plan.

So, start free, build your first funnel and upgrade only when you hit a real limit. That way, you never pay for capacity you do not use.
